Payment Options

Many people will avoid dealing with dental issues that require urgent attention because they are concerned about being able to afford the cost of getting treatment. At The Reef, we want to make it possible for everyone to get the dental care they need regardless of their budget.

Zip Pay

That’s why we’ve partnered with zipMoney to make it possible for patients to get the treatment they need on an interest-free payment plan. These payment plans mean you can get the quality comprehensive care you need, rather than looking to the cheaper quick-fix and patch-up options that inevitably fail in the short term and end up costing you more in the long run.

Anyone can apply for a zipMoney payment plan, provided they are over 18, are an Australian citizen or permanent resident, and they are employed. The application process takes only a few minutes to complete, and then once you are approved, you can get the treatment you need without having to pay a deposit or any upfront costs on the day of treatment.

The cost of your treatment will then be spread out over time, and making these repayments is as simple as opening an invoice sent to your mobile phone and then signing into your digital wallet to confirm your payment.

zipMoney offers interest‑free terms ranging from 6-24 months depedending on the type of treatment required. After the initial interest-free period, if you still have payments remaining, they will accrue interest at the standard annual rate.

Fund My Dental

We now accept Fund My Dental, a simple way to break up the cost of treatment into manageable weekly payments. The application process is fast and simple. A one-time establishment fee is required to complete the application, but the establishment fee does not go towards the repayments.

You can set weekly repayments of $79 for a $2000 wallet or $39 for a $1000 wallet. You only pay for what you use (minus any fees and charges). For example, if you have a $1,000 wallet but only use $500, repayments stop once the $500 is repaid. Further repayments only begin if more funds are used.

Your wallet remains active for 6 months from the sign-up date. Fund My Dental is not a reusable form of credit, and funds can only be used once. The maximum available balance is $2,000, which can be one $2000 wallet or two separate $1,000 accounts. The first repayment will be due after the invoice for the dental treatment has been uploaded, and you can make extra repayments or pay off the loan early with no extra fees or charges.
